How to order

  • Do I need a log-in to order?
    Yes, you need to make a log-in HERE to order from our webshop. TEXTRA is a business-to-business agency and we only sell to business customers. You need a log-in to order from our webshop as a guarantee to us of who we do business with.
  • Why does it take up to 48 hours before my log-in is active?
    As a safety for us and our customers we create all users manually. TEXTRA is a Business-to-Business company only, so we need to make sure all new users are businesses and not private consumers.
    Furthermore there may be extended waiting over weekends and holidays.

Delivery and payment

  • How much is your delivery charge?
    Normally we charge between 10-25 EUR pr. delivery. The cost of delivery depends on weight, size and destination.
    Denmark: from 10 EUR
    Worldwide: from 20 EUR
  • How do I pay for my order?
    When you have placed an order, we will contact you before we send out the order, to confirm price, stock and payment. Depending on your former order history or if you are a new customer, you will need to pay in advance before we send the package.

Return

  • What is your return policy?
    If you order from our webshop, you can return the product within 10 days. You will pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. If the return is the result of an TEXTRA error, we’ll refund your return shipping costs up to a maximum amount.

Please notice that if the product was not in stock already and TEXTRA/POLYKNAP had the product specifically ordered for you, we do not accept return unless there was an error with the product.

Packaging

  • How do you pack my order?
    Buttons come in plastic bags (or tubes). Patches also comes in plastic bags. Trimming such as ribbons, cords, lace and elastics come on rolls or cards. Fabric depends on the volume (sample hanger, plastic bag, roll etc.)

If you have special needs regarding packing, please contact us. We offer several different types of packing and we would be happy to make you a personalized offer. See also Hangtags and labels for environmental friendly solutions.

We always strive to help the environment by reusing all packaging material we get in.

Coloring buttons

  • How do I order buttons in a special color?
    – If the button you are interested in has a color chart in the gallery, you can order one of those colors by writing the color chart number (bottom left corner of the chart) and the color code with the article number of the chosen button in the comments box at checkout.
  • It is also possible to choose your own special color. Please note the Pantone number or other description in the comments box at checkout.

When dying the surcharge will be 6,7 EUR pr. color. By dyeing over 1000 buttons pr. color, there is no color surcharge.

Fabric

  • How do I order small quantities of fabric?
    Our selection of fabrics on the webshop is normally not in stock and the delivery time will therefore be 4-6 weeks. If you order only 1 meter of a chosen fabric, we will send you a sample hanger.
  • How do I order large quantities of fabric?
    If you want to order large quantities of fabric, you need to contact us via email or phone. You will get a personalized offer based on the amount and an estimated delivery time.
